Polyimide Enameled Aluminum Round Wire

Performance features:

It is easier to make coil from aluminum enameled wire than other enameled wires. Because there is hard oxide film on the its surface, the temperature of heat-resistance is 20 centigrade higher than that of copper and insulation effect is excellent, and have a long life range. The biggest advantage is that its weight is 3 times lighter than that of copper so that the production cost can be decreased greatly. The heat-resistance temperature can reach as high as 240 centigrade.

Main applications:

Can be used to make electric machine or electric appliance winding wire demanding light material, high electricity conductivity and working under high temperature, severe cold, radiated and over-loaded environment, especially for winding wire for transferring high frequency signal, such as degaussing coil.
