Performance features:

The market demands smaller and lighter transformer with good electric performance which can automatically cuts off the power immediately in the emergency so as to avoid the damage of the main parts of electrical machines. The common way is to make the transformer out of common enameled wire, adding with fuse. But this can not meets the requirement of clients. Our company has solved this problem. The enameled wire (fusible copper enameled wire) made by our company has good electric performance and good direct soldering performance. It will be fused at the temperature of 180 if the electric current dramatically increases. The transformer made from fusible copper enameled wire can avoid fire breakout so as to protect the coil.
