Polyurethane Compound Self-Bounding Enameled Copper Wire
Thermal Class: 130 /155 /180 /200 /220 centigrade
Performance features:
The winding wire made from other enameled wire need be painted. The traditional production mode will be changed if we use the compounding self-bounding enameled wire to make coil. Paint- immersion is unnecessary but just by heat melting (Alcohol or hot wind) to make the coil become a whole, and it can be directly soldered. The electric performance and heat performance of double paint film is better than other enameled wires.
Main applications:
Deflection coil, precision electric appliance, mini-size electric motor, meter, audio devices, buzzer, watch, microphone and receiver and so on.
